Your total satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as the product has not
been opened and/or used or damaged, you may return it in the original
packaging within 5 days of receipt for a replacement (subject to availability
and inspection) or a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. All orders returned for a refund are subject to
a 10% restocking fee. However, if there is an error on our part, the
restocking fee will be waived.
Please note that Herbs cannot be returned or exchanged.
We promise to provide prompt delivery of your order and to keep you
informed of your order status at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept credit card orders where fraud is
suspected. Please allow three weeks for personal checks to clear our bank.
