Goddesses: Goddess
worship, and divine
depictions of the
feminine form predate
our written history.

From the Laussel
Goddess found in
France and believed to
be dated back to the
Ice Age to pre-dynastic
Egyptian goddess
depictions, the
feminine form and
spirit is deeply
celebrated throughout
history.

The giver of life, the
Goddess does not rule
the Earth, she is the
Earth and every living
thing on it.
Pentacles: The
pentacle, a
five-pointed star
drawn of one line has
been assigned many
meanings throughout
history.

This shape can be seen
in numerous forms in
nature from the halved
apple, to the starfish,
to the human body
itself as exemplified by
Da Vinci's Vitruvian
man.

All one has to do is
look up at the night
sky to see why this is a
sigil that has stood the
test of time, the
spirituality of stars
shining down from
the darkened sky is
almost overwhelming.

In many cases the five
points represent the
four classical elements,
with the fifth and
topmost point
representing the spirit.
These elements
infused together
represent the harmony
of all that is, was, or
will be.

The circle surrounding
the star binds and
protects.  Wearing a
pentacle is said to
protect the wearer as
well as bring them in
touch with the
elements that flow
around them, while
strengthening their
own spirit or self.
